BPO 75 is an initiator for (co)polymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile, vinylacetate, methacrylates and acrylates. It has been developed especially for use in Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) polymerization. BPO 75 can also be used for curing unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and acrylic thermoset resins at ambient or slightly elevated temperatures. It’s supplied as a wet powder (75% active ingredient in water).
DCP may be used as initiator for (co)polymerization of styrene and synergist in flame-retardant polystyrene formulations. DCP is also a general purpose dialkyl peroxide used for crosslinking natural and synthetic rubbers as well as thermoplastic polyolefins.
