Ethylcellulose polymers for coating applications (mid substitution grade)
Ethylcellulose (EC) polymers are cellulose ethers that are derived from natural wood or other cellulosic materials, with a narrow specification and uniform ethoxyl functionality. Ethylcellulose polymers are water-insoluble thermoplastic polymers; they can therefore be employed for a wide variety of functions. T-grade ethylcellulose, with a high ethoxyl content and low viscosity, provides optimized powder flow and compatibility.
